Delivery time for this option is 3 to 5 working days, this option is only available for delivery in the UK. Please note that you may be required to provide a signature on delivery.
This is the quickest (next day) delivery option available for delivery in the UK, Channel Island and Isle of Man. Orders placed before 3pm, Monday - Thursday will be delivered the following day. All deliveries sent via special delivery will require a signature upon delivery. Parcels on the special delivery will be delivered anytime between 9am and 6pm.
Any order(s) placed after 1pm on Friday afternoon, over the weekend or on a Bank Holiday will be processed the following working day. Special delivery orders placed Friday afternoon or over the weekend will not be processed until the following Monday for delivery on Tuesday. Please note if you are not available to sign for your delivery, the delivery company will leave a card asking you to contact them to arrange an alternative delivery date.

EXCHANGE & RETURNS:
Hampstead Bazaar can only exchange or refund goods within 14 days of dispatch. If you would like to exchange your items(s), please note that delivery charge will be payable for your new item(s). We aim to issue refunds within 14 days of receipt of returned items, however, please note that it can take up to 21 days for the amount to be credited to your account. On sale goods we can only offer an exchange. Sale goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt. Items should arrive before the time periods stated above otherwise they will not be eligible for an exchange or refund unless items are found to be faulty.
We rely on your honesty to return items that are unworn. Items that are returned in an unsalable condition will not be eligible for return or exchange.
Goods can only be returned for refund or exchange to our Head Office.
Please note that we cannot be responsible for packages that fail to reach us.
We are pleased to tell you that Hampstead Bazaar rarely receives faulty items. However, faults do occur occasionally. If you think your item(s) may be faulty, please return it to our Head Office. Please note that item(s) damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Should we find that your item is faulty, we will offer you a full refund inclusive of outbound and return postage costs.
If you live outside EU, please be aware that local customs or import duty may be charged when your parcel reaches your country. We have no control over those charges, so unfortunately cannot be refunded by Hampstead Bazaar.
You have the right to cancel your order at any time prior to the goods being dispatched.
