Hampstead Bazaar is happy to refund goods within 28 days of dispatch. We aim to issue refunds within 14 days of receipt of returned items, however, please note that it can take up to 21 days for the amount to be credited to your account.
We rely on your honesty to return items that are unworn. Items that are returned in an unsalable condition will not be eligible for return or exchange.
Goods can only be returned for refund or exchange to our Head Office, the cost of the return is the customer's responsability.
Please note that we cannot be responsible for packages that fail to reach us.
We are pleased to tell you that Hampstead Bazaar rarely receives faulty items. However, faults do occur occasionally. If you think your item(s) may be faulty, please
return it to our Head Office. Please note that item(s) damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Should we find that your item is faulty, we will offer you a full refund inclusive of outbound and return postage costs.
If you live outside the UK, please be aware that local customs or import duty may be charged when your parcel reaches your country. We have no control over those
charges, so unfortunately they cannot be refunded by Hampstead Bazaar.
